1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Graphixy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the software.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Graphixy for personal or commercial motion graphics creation purposes, subject to your subscription plan. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the software.

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of all projects, media, and content you create with Graphixy. We claim no rights over your creative work. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

Graphixy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphixy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including data loss or project corruption.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use Graphixy is revoked, but you retain ownership of your content.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
